2. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the Flutter Ads Network platform, including all features, APIs, and SDKs provided.
  • "User," "You," and "Your" refer to any individual or entity using our Service.
  • "Content" refers to all advertisements, creatives, text, graphics, and other material that appears on or through the Service.
  • "Developer" refers to any user integrating our SDK into their application.
  • "Advertiser" refers to any user who provides ads to be displayed through our platform.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.

4. Developer Obligations

As a Developer using our SDK, you agree to:

  • Implement the SDK according to our technical documentation and guidelines.
  • Not modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from our SDK.
  • Include a privacy policy in your application that discloses the collection and use of user data for advertising purposes.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including children's privacy laws.
  • Not place ads in applications or content that violates our content policies.

5. Advertiser Obligations

As an Advertiser using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide advertisements that comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not submit ads that contain inappropriate content, malware, or that violate third-party rights.
  • Ensure landing pages and promotional materials are truthful and not misleading.
  • Pay all fees associated with your advertising campaigns as outlined in your agreement.

6. Payment Terms

For Developers: Payments will be made according to the agreed revenue share model. We process payments on a weekly basis once you reach the minimum threshold of $50.

For Advertisers: You agree to pay all charges based on our pricing model. Payments are due upon campaign launch unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Manipulating identifiers to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Service.
  • Generating fraudulent impressions, clicks, or other artificial engagement with advertisements.

8. Content Policy

All content, including advertisements and applications integrating our SDK, must comply with our Content Policy. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that:

  • Contains illegal, offensive, or adult-oriented material.
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Contains malware, spyware, or other malicious code.
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FLUTTER ADS NETWORK, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flutter Ads Network and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and/or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law
